Anyone it the Toledo, Ohio Area

In Need of someone that's in Toledo or NW Ohio area with HP Tuners Program that can install a new injector file for me. My tuner and I are not seeing Eye to Eye right now. Just need that file put in until I can get a complete retune.

Looking at Thomson in Wixom, would like to find Dr. Phil or someone very reputable. Had a shop in Painsville Ohio tune it over a year ago and hasn't been right since. Any suggestions in the Detroit area?
