Does this make sense? Speed density and mods
I'm running the stock truck throttle body only cuz I see the issues people have with other throttle bodies and this Ecm. Trying to get into the 11's without any new parts I spent a half hour removing the ridge on both sides of the throttle body, still ran fine but noticed wot afr went from 12.5-12.7 to 13.4ish, and generally leaner throughout. I added a bunch of fuel to get it back to normal but is this correct with speed density? The manifold pressure is the same but engine sees more volume of air? So more fuel needed? I figured for whatever map signal the engine was seeing it would just put it in the appropriate part of the tune. Either that or my o2 sensor is dying!
