c5 flex fuel questions
Can you give a list of what you had to do (ie. re-pinning the pcm connectors). What did you have to do for the O2s pin wise, since you mentioned that some grounds were different, or were those secondary O2s?
I have an 02 Z06, and so does my tuner and our other friend who would like to complete this. Most of the information in the thread is helpful, but where you really started contributing to your specific scenario at post 93 is where the thread starts to shine for the C5.
Thanks in advance,

I am wondering if your pedal has the on off feel when you first press it and release it? If not, I will try the OS you are using and do a compare to see why I managed to resolve the reverse lock out in the tune.

It's my understanding that an alternator wire should be moved from pin 52 to 75 on the connector that was red with the P01 and becomes green with the P59. That's what I did when I upgraded my 02 C5 to a P59, and it works fine. Given all the comments early in this thread about not needing to move any pins, maybe that wasn't strictly necessary.
The P59 also expects to be monitoring current from the O2 sensor heater grounds, so you'll get some check engine lights from not having those wired up, but they can be disabled and you'll still be exactly as good as the 2002 cars were when they left the factory.
