Hodge, your still running a MAF on this? BTW, if anyone knows how to take a config from someone else and install/use it, can you please pm me? I lost a hard drive with my configs and now I have to start over. If anyone has a nice setup they would be willing to share, I would appreciate it. Next time, my stuff will get saved on my google drive.

Hodge,

Can you give a list of what you had to do (ie. re-pinning the pcm connectors). What did you have to do for the O2s pin wise, since you mentioned that some grounds were different, or were those secondary O2s?

I have an 02 Z06, and so does my tuner and our other friend who would like to complete this. Most of the information in the thread is helpful, but where you really started contributing to your specific scenario at post 93 is where the thread starts to shine for the C5.

Thanks in advance,

We are offering the flex conversion to the original C5 OS, so no quirky truck file issues with reverse lockout, airbags, traction control etc.

I actually do have a reverse lockout issue with mine but everything else works fine. I just push through the lockout and it's not that big of a deal for me.

I had an 04 Tahoe file and did something in the tune (can't remember now) and did not have the reverse lockout issue, but I did feel as if the pedal was quirky under light throttle and got tired of the fuel reading issue I was having.
I am wondering if your pedal has the on off feel when you first press it and release it? If not, I will try the OS you are using and do a compare to see why I managed to resolve the reverse lock out in the tune.

One of the many problems using segment swapped tunes in a C5. All the background ETC and Pedal info you don't have access to gets swapped with the segment so you have pedal/throttle tables for a flex truck or SUV now.

You can't just load a express file on a 2000 ecm. They are totally different ecms. You can use a express van ecm. All the info is in this thread.
