how many counts of data do you have for these numbers? what are you using to find LTFT and STFT? just a basic obd2 scanner?
could be a number of things, but maybe check for vacuum leaks first.
is car stock? cam? bolt ons?

without knowing much about the history of the car i would say yes.... it can be that far off. Has the car been tuned yet? Are you datalogging with a wideband for reference?

The job of the LTFT is to work the STFT to basically zero. The best thing you could do would to tune your VE and maf to where you don't need LTFT

There have been some changes in the scanner since the pdf was made but all the steps are still very relevant.
Note that MAF tuning is VERY sensitive. Make VERY small adjustments.
