Hi guys I've hitting a brick wall with HPT customer support. I can't see to get ahold of the usual guy I speak with.

I'm looking for an OS that will:

A) work with a P01 '0411 PCM

B) have 4l80e segment available

C) flex fuel enabled

D) drive by cable TB (IAC stepper)

E) 3 bar upgradeable

I found this, but it's for a p59 PCM

correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression I cannot flash a p59 OS to a P01 computer.

you need to buy an 04+ express van pcm i.e. p59, then flash the express van file that has a 3 bar upgrade available OS along with flex fuel tables.
The pcm also needs to have a "chip" required to run your IAC motor.
add the wiring for tps, iac motor. And if you want to keep some o2, then add a ground.

I believe subeone is correct, you may need to move to a P59 PCM. I have a P01 PCM with flex fuel, but there is no 3bar OS for it (only 2 bar). The only P01 flex fuel PCM's I've found also didn't have a 3 bar OS available. Each P59 I found with flex did have a 3 bar OS available.

I could live with 2 bar, does that OS support a 4l80e segment and RTT?

Just use the tahoe OS if you can live with 2 bar
