Default 04 GTO PCM Crank relearn using Tech 2?

Can someone please educate me on the process of performing the CASE learn on a 04 GTO PCM using a Tech II? Specifically, I need to know what conditions must be met for the PCM to allow the test (engine temp, footbrake applied, Parking brake, etc...).

Thanks!

S.F.

The Tech2 should walk you through how to do it. Its been a while since I have done one but I don't think there was anything special that you had to do. Pretty much just scroll through the menu and it gets to a point that says start relearn. After that, you just slowly rev up to like 4k, it makes the engine mis for a half second, and done.

Awesome, thank you sir! One question though: Do you remember if there was any input required on the brake pedal switch?
I thought I read somewhere that you had to press and hold the brake while performing the test but I'm not 100% on it. If so, I need to add that circuit to the harness....

I really dont think there was that step. Again its been a while but I am pretty sure you just clicked the ok button on the tech2 and revved it up.
