Default Good to start?

So I finally got my motor together after a h/c swap. Cam is a tsp tsunami, prc 225 heads, ls6 intake, all new lifters/p rods. I want to try and start it and check for oil pressure/make sure everything sounds good. My question is, does it matter that I have not had the pcm flashed for the cam? It would be on a factory tune with factory injectors. It should run, just rough without a tune right? Thanks in advance
