Gen 3 P01 injector size limit?

Default Gen 3 P01 injector size limit?

Is there a limit here?
I know I can enter 160, but does it work?

Theoretical limit is 254. I have used 120 lb/h injectors without problems, don't know if it can control larger injectors but it should.

That's about where I'm at with my car and ID1000's at 60 psi base.
But I'm about to tune my buddies car with FIC 1650's.
I'll let you know how it does.
idle could be interesting.
It will be on E85

Ive tuned 210 lb injectors on the 0411, you won't have any issues.

I would guess wrong injector data or ebay/amazon injectors.

The fuel system is otherwise stock.The car ran without issues with the stock injectors.The new injectors are LS1 style Siemens Deka 80lb.The calibration data has been updated accordingly in HP Tuners. Fuel Delta Min Ince. is set to 0.Various values between the original and 0 have been tested for the Min Fuel Milligrams setting. Several YouTube videos and discussion forums have been reviewed on this topic.However, the instructions are limited to injector data entry, Min Fuel Milligrams, and Fuel Delta Min Incr.I believe the problem lies in other settings, but where?

Look for a parameter named "minimum trim pulse width" in the Long Term Fuel Trim section. Stock was 1.2 milliseconds for my car. I divided it by 4 since my injectors are about 4x bigger than stock*, and my car stopped running way richer than the tune called for at startup. I'm not certain that was the key thing, but I think it might have been.

I also changed the open loop target AFR from 13.6 to 14.7, but I was expecting that alone to just raise my AFR from 12:1 to 13.1. It's actually very close to 14.7 now.

* On second thought, they're actually 3.5x bigger than stock. Close enough I guess.

If I understood correctly, under the Limits section, I found Minimum Injector Pulse Width. This was already set to 0.122 ms in the RPM range of 0-8000.

The AFR is still set to 14.63.

I was going to mention the min fuel milligrams but he had mentioned it in his post.

Why it's in the transient section I don't know.

When I installed my ID1000's, it was pig rich and nothing helped until I changed mine to .012

that table is on the page with all of the other injector information, labeled minimum pulse width, mine was .122 stock also.

The other value thats been discussed is under engine>fuel>transient

There are two tables, with slightly different names. One of them was 1.2ms stock, the other was 0.98ms stock.
