LS2 E40 cutting fuel under load

LS2 E40 cutting fuel under load Engine and ECU (E40) is from a 2005 corvette M6. Installed in a hovercraft with no transmission. Drives a propeller by a cog belt 2:1 ratio. Totally stock except for headers and deleted emissions.
HPT scanner shows:
Fuel cut tq management type is "Trans"
Fuel cut type is "Tqred"
Engine is reducing power with increasing throttle. If rpms climb slowly it wont pass 3000rpm.
It gets one fault code P0300, random misfire most statups. This is not active when driveline is disconnected.
I verified fuel pressure, turned out solid at about 60psi.
Disbled tq management and rpm limited fuel cut but no change.
Also connected pin 32 in C1 connector to make sure the active brake pedal
was not interfering something.
Now I am stuck, can not figure out what is causing this.

pretty sure the p0300 has something to do with the propeller setup.

disabling tcs set to 8190
ETC limits - set to 100
torque loss 0 out
brake torque limit to 8190
trans input limit to 8100
trans output limit to 8190
U0101 lost comm with tcm - 3, no error reported
you go dead lean whenever the tqred comes into play in your log
