Im looking to get my cars tuned finished up and can't decide where to take it. The setup on the car is 5.3 sbe Huron speed v2 kit turbo cam. I took it to a reputable shop in the Bay Area and it was having problems when he was trying to do the tune and was not able to complete it. It starts to shutter and break up at around 2600-3000 rpm but seems to clear up once it starts making about a lb of boost. The shop told me to check for maybe a blown headgasket? Other than that I ran compression tests and did a leak down test through the radiator and both showed it was fine no overheating when driving either. I swapped the plugs from the ones I ran at the dyno shop and that seemed to help with the shuddering a little bit. It cruises fine below the 2600 rpm so I'm not sure if it's just a tuning issue or something else. Also I'm located in lake county so anywhere from Sacramento, Redding, Bay Area is fine
