Exclamation LS2 - Long time to start

I've got a 69 camaro that I bought with an LS2 block but all LS1 accessories. I drove it for several thousand miles with no issues. I got a CEL but couldn't check it because it had an MEFI connector on the harness they used and it was not OBDII. So I decided to rewire it with a painless harness and OBDII setup.

I also did a heads/cam swap, installed long tubes, 36 lb injectors and Fast intake. Other than that, everything stayed the same. The MAF isn't installed.

When I went to start it, it would take multiple attempts and finally got it to start. I read something online that on these harnesses, that the 2 outside wires on the cam sensor need to be swapped or you'll have the starting issue that I was having, so I swapped the wires but didn't seem to have any effect on it.

I went out this morning and it started right up. The log file is the first one attached.

I shut it down and tried again and it acted the same as previous. (Second file) The car hasn't been tuned at all but I would think it should start fine. Once it starts, it finds an idle and appears to do ok. Thanks for the help.

Why would you think that with those mods? It's not like you are new here.

Did you change the injector data for the new injectors? Your injector pulsewidth and duty is all over the place. I don't see stft's---is it in open loop? If you don't have a maf, for those mods, you will have to make sure the ve table is dialed in before it runs right.

I see coolant temp -38F, intake air temp -38F. At least fix the obvious faults. With no MAF it needs to fail immediately to revert to speed density. With no tune file to look at who knows if you have that set correctly.
