You were running a projected tip plug on that setup? Anything I play with that gets boost gets a 7. BR7EF FTW. You could leave boost at 15psi or so, but drop that timing to 10 degrees to start. When you said you looked at the plugs, where was the timing mark on the ground strap?

What camshaft on the 4.8? I set the cutoff at 7k on most setups
U can make 750 easy on 93 and meth
Tr6 big no on boosted

timing mark was a little low, but still touching the curve

cam is a comp, xrpm lobes 222/228 .566/.571 on 115+2

ok i'll get some br7efs on the way. still around .025 gap?

Yeah just the ef, stocking number is 3346 I believe. Comes gapped at .028 out of the box. Frcefed86 had a good post in the FI section about reading plugs and his process with a couple pics. When you get your stuff back together start it at like 14/15psi, 11.2afr, and 10 degrees of timing. Work up from there, but honestly if you want a set it and forget it that maybe pretty close. Add the meth and you'll get away with more timing.

if its going to be on a 4.8 shift it around 6600 with that cam and turbo

customer truck on a factory ls9 cam 01 4.8 with a 76 bullseye t4 22 psi RCSB silverado, these 4.8s do miracles!!! lol truck put down 945whp

ran high 10s 128 mph on meth and 93, 16 psi

sell the 6.0
