Readiness monitors
I'm in the middle of a Jeep build and swapped in a 2002 5.3 truck engine(LM7). I've had the PCM flashed and rear O2's, evap, ect. were tuned out along with some performance tweaks. I've been told it will pass state inspection(computerized OBDII) as long as there's no CEL on and no stored trouble codes.
If they are tuned out of the PCM will those readiness monitors trigger a trouble code/CEL or will everything read correctly for the PCM?
