Default Gen III 2003 Truck PCM

Hi,
I was wondering if the Gen III 2003 Truck PCM has PWM signal that can be used to run a variable speed radiator fan?
I was under the impression that the PCM have only high and low fan outputs, but my tuner said that the PCM have that ability. Can somone verify that?
I have a 2008 Volvo XC70 radiator fan that Im planning to install. It delivers a ton of air and this requiers a PWM signal..

Thanks!

as far as I know the p1 and p59 cannot output a pwm fan signal

the e38 can I believe, but that doesnt help you much

i'd look to the aftermarket controllers. maybe someone has a DIY controller using junkyard parts

IIRC the Trailblazer EXT with the 5.3's used a Blue / Green PCM and had an electric fan clutch that was PWM, I'm not sure if the signal would be correct or be able to supply enough current but you might be able to make a small circuit to modify the output, if need be.

Default PWM controller

Thanks, promesing news! The fan it self has a PWM controller. All it needs is the signal😎

Thanks!
