Engine stumbles when going to wot

Engine stumbles when going to wot Where to look first..
I have a heads/cam/nitrous 2001 Camaro.
Just in the past month it has developed just a brief stumble when I go to wot, from low rpm's.
I just changed out the plugs, BR7ef's, but that didn't fix the issue although the old one's were kinda fouled.
Does not hesitate/stumble all of the time, but rather only when I nail the throttle with purpose.
It does a very very brief "choke", and then moves with purpose.
Possible 02 sensor issue?
Maf? Heck, maybe the fuel filter?
