2002 Z28 running rough
I recently got a 2002 Z28 from a guy who added a bunch of parts himself. A trickflow cam was one of them. He did not degree it and the car idles fine and revs fine, but when you drive it it runs very rough. Could this be because the cam is not degreed?
He has also added:
92mm throttle body
power force typhoon intake
243/299 stock gm heads
slp under drive pully
delphi 90mm mad
flowmaster American Thunder cat back exhaust
new coil packs
new ngk iridium plugs
meling oil pump
trickflow cam
lifters
rockers
timing chain, cam, and crank gears
Any help would be appreciated

Degreeing the cam is to make sure the numbers on the cam card match the cam they sent you, as well as assist you when you advance/retard the timing of the cam. It basically allows you to see what the cam does, (valve events and valve timing) at any given degree of the cam. It wouldn't affect performance at all unless he put the cam in wrong and didn't line up the timing marks.
Do you get a flashing CEL when you drive it?
Is the CEL light on at all?
Have you checked the Plugs/Wires/Coils?
What are the cam specs of the Trick Flow?
Was it tuned after the cam install?

Yes the CEL flashes then it goes off for a while and then it flashes again. It hasnew plugs, wires and coil packs. Here is the cam card. The previous owner took the ecm and had it flashed, but not tuned in the car.

There are a lot of possible causes. I would start with getting CEL codes read, it could point to a specific cylinder that's having trouble. Then you can look at compression, spark, etc.

When I checked the code the only one that popped up was 412. The air pump has been deleted and removed. The CEL will flash while driving, but not while idling.
