Whipple L99 AFR is off

Whipple L99 AFR is off I wanted to ask some fuel/ fuel trim questions, but it could be completly a toss up.
After this couple weeks of owning I see my air/fuel on WOT is standing on 19.5-19.9
The dealer didnt completely know what he had with this car so, but I think it may be tuned with either a mix, or runs on e85.
Then again, since its running that high, it may not have been tuned! But i think thats unlikley with this build.
The symptom I feel on low boost on cold start and sometimes while warm is a slight stutter in performance when barely on the pedal. Shows me I'm leaning out some!
