P2101 under boost with high IAT's

P2101 under boost with high IAT's Hello all -- I thought i had a problem beat, but now that it's hot out again, P2101 and associated limp mode has reared it's ugly head again. I haven't had a P2101 since early fall of last year...
HIGH IAT's, MAP starts dropping, limp mode ensues. Throttle is totally dead, I have to pull over and clear codes with scanner.
LQ4, LS2 heads, Tick Stage1 LS2 Blower Cam. Edelbrock E-force TVS2300.
No problems DD'ing this for the last year, runs better than ever, except when IAT's get high. .. .
Current tune and log of P2101 induced limp-mode attached...
please help!
Forgotten details: EFIlive COS3 - LS1B Truck (1mb tune), LS2 TB with X-link TB harness adapter.... I think I have it all covered now! --
