fastest way i know of is to adjust the global injector vs kpa table. Increase the given size of the injector there and the ecu will think the injectors are bigger- thus scaling down fuel globally in that region.

Where are fuel trims -25? At idle? Cruising? I assume LTFTs?
Have you cleared your trims after tuning? You should always clear your trims when you go to log fueling.
Also, are you logging your VE table or MAF table?
If you're rich in a certain area, you need to lean out that area. No need to change the injector vs kpa table. Quickest and right aren't the same thing.
