Default 1999 camaro MISFIRE

Just finished putting my ls1 into my 1999 camaro the motor was out of a corvette, it starts right up no problem but sometimes the idle will drop up and down it came up with P1345 while driving down the road the misfire will get bad then just go away it feels like but it has no trouble starting only thing that's seems to be effected would be idle, misfire will driving and the MPG What could be causing this?!?!?

It has new plugs and wires I replaced the fuel filter around 7,000 miles before the new motor but it comes up with the P1345 code for a crank sensor but it still starts fine

P1345 is not a valid code for a 99 Camaro or any Gen 3 vehicle. It is Vortec 305, 350 Crank Sensor Cam sensor correlation code. It sets when the Cam sensor in the distributor is out of correlation with the Crank sensor. Are you sure it is not P1336 Crank sensor variation not learned. I would expect that changing the engine and not performing a CASE Learn.
