I need help with a small project. The vehicle in question does not return to idle quickly. It bounces around alot. With a bigger tap of the throttle vehicle simply dies. when driving around it dies at all stops

I have so many projects that I don't have the time to figure this out. Can pay if someone can assist. I would ideally like to get this problem ironed out in a week or so.

Vehicle has 408
25-TSP228232-114 - Texas Speed Camshaft: 228/232, .600"/.600", 114 LSA , 111 ICL
It had LT headers
5.3L PRC heads (because from another project)
I have the MAF card from a 2011 Silverado but the MAF is currently disabled in tune.
LS3 injectors
FAST LSXRT intake
manual transmission.

Again I am trying to find a tuner that has the time to assist or some friendly advise at least!
