tach problems i swapped a 02 5.3 into my 79 jeep cj5. i have an old sun super tach 2 it wont work with the signal from the 0411 pcm. tried the pullup resistor not happening. do i need an adapter for the tach, or a different tach?
Tach doesn't move at all or reads wrong? You do know that you have to set the tach for 4 cyl engine with 0411 tach output. And you more than likely will need the pull up resistor. What value resistor did you use and how is it wired in?
