Help, no spark at Coils. Hi guys i just dropped in a 5.3 in my 63 Nova...and after all the work it wont start...ive spent 2 days messing with it and nothing..
Heres whats happening....No Spark at Spark Plug...ived read a bunch of posts about being the grounds, i got good ground, 2 grounds straps on engine plus solid motor mounts.
The coils are getting 12v and ground at the harnes connector on both sides of the conectors,
Grounds are boltef to the back of the head are good.
Vats has been removed.
It all has power when i crank.
Swapped out to a new Crank Sensor.
I hooked up an ODB ii and just got code forP0122 TPS and put a new one.
Is there something i can check...a signal from or to the coil from the PCM?....i even had some of my import buddys come over and had them scratching threir heads....
