Where did you guys mount your ecm's? I probably would have to move mine & the fuseblock inside somewhere

It can go under the hood. On the fender well or on the firewall (if there's room) are good spots, as long as it's not real close to the exhaust. They can take a fair amount of heat.

mines is going in a 86 camaro. Just wanted to know If others have found room for it to fit in engine compartment

Your Camaro has an ECM, right? Where is it? Unless it was one of the last carbureted ones...

In a 3rd gen camaro there is plenty of room inside below the dash on the passenger side. I have installed a few there and works great. No heat, water and engine bay looks a lot cleaner
