Had a chance to scan the BCM on my car today. Looks like the "service vehicle" light is caused by a the BCM throwing a U1000 code. This basically means the PCM doesn't know how to talk to the BCM correctly. Since it is set to "no error reported" and SES enable is unchecked for the PCM, the check engine does not illuminate but the BCM is still reporting it which is why the "service vehicle" is lit up. Since after clearing the BCM code it still comes back, I'm assuming the only way to rid the light is to flash in a segment that is compatible with our vehicles.
Haven't found a way to do this yet but I hope this at least gives direction to people doing this swap. Hopefully someone with more knowledge or the correct segment will chime in to help.

This is what I used to get the 4l80 to work. Same file ones has just been segment swapped to the 80. Download both, license the original 60 file and the 80 file should be available too. This is P01, file is only good up to 2 bar if your going SD.
