Default Software transferable?

I bought a CTS V that has a cam, heads, ect. and was tuned with a different software than what i have. My question is, can I pull the current tune onto my HP Tuners software without having issues? I have a check engine light for rear O2s which have been deleted, also wouldn't mind seeing what they have going on with the current tune.

As long as you pull it directly from the PCM/car it will read fine.

You'll be able to change almost everything. You might run into some hangups changing the OS because HPT and EFILive both use custom OS.

At worst case after you read the tune, you'll have to re-flash the pcm with a clean slate or different OS and then you will have everything to set the tune back up, but it will cost more credits.
