does ecm and abs\asr module works together?

hello
i am going to run standalone ecm for engine and gearbox and want to remove the hole pcm and wiring and swap 4l80e
here is my question

if i remove pcm and wiring , whats going on with bcm - abs\asr and cruise control system? those them work ?
