ECU Help
I did not get the ECU when I bought my 6.0.
What should I get a ECU from?
Here is some of my info....
2003 S10 automatic was a 4.3.
Going in is a 2003-2004 6.0
I will be using a TBSS intake with the TBSS injectors.
It will have a 90mm DBC TB.
Thanks, David
I bought a used 12200411 for my 02 Corvette from a seller named spareecm (I'd post a link but that might break the rules). It was about $90 and I heard later that you can get them for half that at junkyards, but it's clean and it works and I didn't have to pull it out of a wrecked car (in the snow, uphill both ways). Mine is expecting a 24x wheel on the crank and it's DBW, but if you know the part number and the vehicle type, I suspect you could find one that would suit your setup.
BTW, coming from Subaru I'd call it an ECU too, but GM calls it a "powertrain control module" or PCM. In auto cars it controls the transmission as well as the engine.
Unless your planning to run boost the 03+ pcm is superior but much less common since there are so many part numbers and not all of them will work with drive by cable throttle so people tend to fall back to the 411 since they know it works.

Looks like 12576105 or 12576106 may have been an 03 only thing. But regardless if it was a drive by cable set up, it can be reprogrammed to run your swap.
I don't see any one listing an 12576105 service number though for an S10 or blazer.
Are the PCM connectors Blue and Green or Blue and Red???
