LQ4 tune wanted

LQ4 tune wanted Hi.
I need a lq4 tune for my Stock 2004 lq4 from a hummer.
I have put it in a 2001 5.3 Tahoe, swtiching over the intake too get the dbc instead of 04`hummer dbw.
I am using Stock 5.3 harness and pcm.
I have hp tuner , but I need advice how to do it from scratch.
Swap is finished and the lq4 is starting and running With the original 5.3 tune.
please help , I live in North of Norway , so going too a "local" tuner is not an option beacuse it is none that can do this.
