P0200 after injector swap

P0200 after injector swap I swapped to a new set of FAST 36# injectors. Changed the data in the computer took the car out to fire it up and it runs like crap and throws a P0200. I have put a new ground between the alternator and frame rail and a 4GA between the passenger head and the battery ground on the fender. After that, it will maybe idle right, maybe not. The one time I tried to take it out I didn't make the end of the block before it was running like total crap again. Going to try and put the 28# injectors in and see if it goes away tonight. Any troubleshooting post that? All of the injectors read between 13.4-13.6 ohms.
