Default Help P0158 and C0896

need help with get rid of these codes as i am trying to smog my 2002 pontiac firebird... replaced oxygen sensor and did a replacement female adapter since it was destroyed if i could get a wiriing diagram too make sure i did it right anything helps. as for the C0896 dont know how too fix

the P0158 is saying high voltage for bank 2 sensor 2 oxygen sensor. high voltage or "voltage above normal (FMI-03)" is generally an open circuit.

the C0896 code is the code the PCM has logged as a result of that fault. when you fix your open circuit fault to your bank 2 rear sensor and clear the DTCs it wont come back. C0896 is logged by the PCM because there is a voltage out of range/performance that may cause PCM damage.
