Default LS 376/380 Tuning

Are there any professional tuners in the southeast (I live between Augusta, GA and Columbia, SC) that can tune out this engine's surging & bucking at low rpm and on a light load?

Is that 376/380 or 376/480? Does it have the Hot Cam in it? That cam doesn't usually surge or buck.

Sorry about the typo. I meant to say 376/480. It will go into my '01 Z28, 6 spd that will remain a daily driver. Seems like I've seen many articles and references to a very noticeable surging/ bucking tendency at low rpm and light load. Thanks.

The Hot Cam does have a "performance idle" as some call it, but it is actually a very well behaved cam. Surging/bucking usually only happens with uber-nasty cams with over 230 intake durations
