Default Fresh LS Volvo

So I just got this car on the road , it's a 1984 volvo 242 that I stuffed a 2004 Ls1/t56 from a GTO into.
the car pulls really hard for maybe 30 minutes of driving but after awhile once I push the pedal more than 3/4 throttle it will start to spit and not pull anymore , it' almost feels like a fueling issue but its intermittent so I dont think that's it . I unplugged the o2's and drove it for awhile and same deal pulled hard for awhile but eventually it wont accept a heavy load. If idles great and is responsive. Any thoughts ?

Sounds like a hose getting sucked flat after it gets very warm.

If pulling hard for 30 minutesish then down on power intermittently check for hot fuel if fuel returned to tank from engine compartment
Heat breakdown in wiring or battery recharge system and spark system
heatsoak at IAT
ignition switch

Default OBDII port comm issue

I put a scan tool on the car and it will only communicate with the scanner if the engine is running . Any ideas why that might be ?
