Wtf is their problem? I just got hpt a few months ago and i'm not impressed at all. Nothing but unresolved issues. With the price we pay for their crap, there should be better product support and not just a forum so the cuatomers act as the customer support. Dont get me wrong great software when it works, but if anything goes wrong you are stuck searching forums and the interwebs. And don't get me started on the mpvi2 pro. If the **** aint ready, don't advertice it.
