Will 1999 LS1 Tune work on 2002 LS1?

Will 1999 LS1 Tune work on 2002 LS1? I am completely new to the LS world so be patient as I learn and ask elementary questions.
Long story short, I have a PCM with a base tune from a 1999 Corvette. The engine I have is from a 2002 Corvette. Stock minus 80mm TB.
I am throwing codes P0172, P0175, P0332, and P0327. (Running rich bank 1 &2 and Knock sensor bank 1&2)
I have been over MAF, O2's, fuel pressure, knock sensors, injectors, and everything seems to be completely fine and working as it should. It hit me the other day that maybe the difference in having an 80MM TB and LS6 intake along with any other changes from 1999 to 2002 could be causing this issue. It doesn't make any sense that it would but I am out of explanations. I have searched all over the forum and found dozens of people with similar issues to me but none of the solutions have worked. Anyone with experience in this know if this could explain things?

Thanks for the help! Trying to find someone who can make that swap for me in the next few days. I will post back if this does not work.
