Ls1 MIL p0650 code

Ls1 MIL p0650 code I have a LS1 in a 37 ford truck it has run like clock work until I had to limp it home. I has no other codes than the P0650 (MIL) . It doesn't idle it goes flat with any throttle what so ever. I have checked the injectors, checked the TPS it's fine, Checked oil level sensor. I have found a vacuum leak and replaced the intake gaskets. Double checked with ether all good. I am getting the flashing red on the O2s and the HTR. As i understand they are flashing because I have not had it in run mode long enough for it to run its diag. Fuel pressure is great. Coolant level and temp is good. Unplugged the maf with no change at all. The truck has a PCM and harness from Street and performance. I have never had a trouble with vats because of there flash. Checked all My fuses inspected the harness. Battery has good voltage. I have oil pressure. when the engine went into limp mode I may have had low coolant level. Help Please!
