Default HELP! 2000 z28 ls1, getting p0171 and p0174 codes

Just joined, and need some help. the other day I was on the way back home when I got off the freeway and came to a full stop, only for my car to die completely. Turned back on and car was struggling to stay alive. Managed to make it home somehow, but car sounds like it’s missing bad and barely stays on. Pulled codes p0171 and p0174 from it. About a week ago I got a code p1153 but car felt fine. So I cleared it, bought the 02 sensor now this happens. Just replaced 02 sensor and still having same issues. Any help? Car has very minor mods, slp exhaust and lid, throttle body spacer and I believe it has an upgraded MAF

Lean bank one and two.
  1. Clean the MAF sensor. ...
  2. Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace/repair as required.
  3. Inspect all hoses and connections in the air intake system.
  4. Inspect and/or test the intake manifold gaskets for leakage.
  5. Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure.

will do. After trying to diagnose it a little more I realized it’s not an upgraded MAF (Just bought the car) and I looked at the part number on the meter and come to find out it’s an autozone part. I disconnected it while the vehicle was at idle and nothing changed to the idle. Believe this may be my problem.

I did steps 1-5 and repaired everything I could. Found a ripped vacuum hose and replaced with a new oem line from dealer. Replaced intake manifold gaskets. New MAF. Replaced fuel filter. Still having same issue and same codes
