Default Fires right up and instantly dies

Ok so running into an issue that i want a second opinion on what everyone thinks before going crazy throwing sensors at it. I did a LQ9/4L80e swap into a 68 GTO. Has LS3 top end and TSP Mild cam. Got it wired up and applied power last night, double checked everything and turned key on. Bleed fuel system and got good fuel pressure in rail. Made sure with key on had 12v into coils and 12v to computer. Turned key over and fire right up and instanly died when i let go of the key. Tried multiple times same result. Fires right up and dies. After 5 put my code reader on it and had P0335 CPK code. Should i replace the crank sensor or does it need a relearn? It should idle even if it needs a relearn?

Sounds like VATS. A crank re-learn will not keep it from running, in swaps you have delete that code most of the time because you wont be able to do a crank re-learn.

I know VATS is deleted cause the harness/computer came out of another running car.

Unless the ignition switch came with it, VATS will rear its ugly head. Having the harness/computer out of a running car does not mean VATS is disabled. It has to be done by tuner or a GM dealer.

Make sure you're getting 12v from the key switch in Run and Start

Yep that was it. Small jumper wire from IGN1 to IGN2, and it fired right up. Idles. In the 68 diagram those to ign wires went to same place so figured just needed 1. Oh well, thanks for all the help guys
