LS9 into C3 Hey Guys. Just looking for some opinions. I’m installing and LS9 into my 74 C3. I have a complete LS9 and T56 magnum. I’m wondering on what to do about engine harness and such. Should I run the

or is it easier to get a custom harness built and go to drive by cable? What’s everyone’s thoughts ? Any advice / help is appreciatedthanks.
Sounds like a very cool project, I really like the idea 
I'm not sure if Speartech is still a vendor on LS1TECH but they can do custom harnesses. They also work with the GM installation kits. I think Speartech could help advise the best course of action and provide support for either going custom or using the GM kit.
Speartech's shop car, a 91 Z28 has an LS9 swap. They have an excellent background in LS9 swaps. I've seen their 91 Z28 and the car and swap were done right. Here's a link to the thread.

Getting a T56 Magnum swapped into a C3 can be quite a project from what I've read, maybe more so than the LS9 part of the swap. Considering one for my C3, but not sure I want to have the surgery that's necessary done. American Powertrain has a kit that seems like a good starting point the ProFit MAGNUM Installation Kit for 68-82 C3 Corvette. They also have several videos.
Sounds like a really cool 74 C4 in the making!
