Help with LS swap

here is the story. Got a series 80 4.5 petrol and decided to put a LS in it.
donor car was a silverado 2012 5.3 6 speed from my company that was in a accident. So all parts are from the same car.
The swap is complete but now I have a issue.
When I was doing the swap I sent the ECU to Black Bear Performance to have VATS removed and everything needed so that when I had the car done I could just put the ECU and all done.
But it not was the case. I connected the ECU did the relearning and figure out the car dosent want to turn on.
after 2 days I quite and call a local tuner to discover that the VATS and all programming was still the same, so BBP didnt do nothing even if they send me a email with all the mods..
So now my tuner removed VATS and the car turned one but dosent want to accelerate. There is no signal to the MAP and pin 43 is not sending 5v signal.
So now what is my issue.. The mechanic is a pro and I bought a complete wiring kit from BP Automotive that I know that is perfect so wiring is not the problem. The tunner is blaming the wiring so now I cannot do nothing without f.. some people on the way.
I would like to know if anyone know what can happen to the tune so that this can happen.
Before the tuner touched the ECU we turned on the truck by putting directly the fuel and it was accelerating.
Had a similar issue on my first l83 swap. Truck wouldnt rev up. No throttle input. Swapped pinout worked perfect.
Easy test is to key on and accelerate wot with pedal. If pinout is correct tb blade should follow pedal movement.

Its the same pedal from the donor car with the TB. we did that test and nothing, the blade is shut , its difficult when your build is 99% done and the only issue is a wiring/electrical one.
