It's best to just measure it with a timing light. Every engine is going to be slightly different.

yeah i dont have a pointer on the block and not sure how accurate is the ati marking im gonna take it to a shop to find the tdc offset for me i might leave it where is right now,
i tried 710 it backfired while cranking tried 441 it didnt run ,364 got it to start but i think it doesnt have enough timing cause its using underspeed about 10 degree at 20 degree of timing idle, changed the tdc to 374 and it started to chop and stay within 50 rpm error
just wanted to double check bigger tdc value is advance right?

i got engine position error after an hour later from the first time i started the engine and it started to backfire it was fine before that , the trigger is 60 teeth 2 missing 24x+1x not sure if i need filter or if the voltage is too low,

the alternator only goes upto 12.6 when on, when its off im having 10.9-11.4 volts from battery
the target volt is 13.8 i tried changing the base output it didnt help but only when its at 0% i got 12.6,
then i turn on the active state which gives 12v to alternator through 4k7 resistor and only got 12.6v again at any output over from 20-100% is 12v to alternator when at 0% alternator turns off,not sure if 12v is too much i read it only need 5v
the alternator was giving me 13.4v when i had the stock ecu

this is the dwell time i ended up using
16000 10048 6261 4583 3725
16000 9309 6261 4583 3725
12860 8779 6150 4490 3725
9605 8457 5738 4274 3316
