What causes a change in AFR command
I ran a short data log the other night and noticed that afr command changed for some reason. I looked around the tune a good bit but I'm not educated enough to really figure out why. PE delay is set for 5500 and i was well below that. Stock tune with exception of the rear o2's and AIR being tuned out.
Whats causing the change?

PE delay is just that, a delay. Its not an enable/disable. You'll still go into PE, it will just be a transition and not an on/off switch below that RPM.
If you have a car operating system from an F-body or Corvette, that value does nothing. You can change it all you want, but its hard-coded as "0" into the OS, so there is no delay.
