Default Newbie issue - FITech ultimate LS fan relay

Have BeCool fan installed. Works just fine when manually wired up. Car has the Ultimate LS Part#7005 installed. Starts and runs fine. Can not get the ECU to run the fans. It blows the fuse every time. According to tech support the GREEN wire from ECU goes to the fan relay. Anyone have a suggestion ? THANKS

How do you have the relay wired up? Is the fitech using power or ground to control it?

Its a ground control. Wire comes from the FITech ECU to "ground" the circuit. My buddy has it in his stall. Gonna help him this morning. He hasn't checked to see what the signal (pos/neg) is coming from the ECU when it hits the 180 temp. I read last night that the ECU has 2 fan wires, a low and a high fan.. We need to test both I guess.

If it's ground control and if you are using a 5 pin relay

(high current side)
30-battery 12v fused
87- wired to the positive side of the fan motor
(low current side)
85 - 12v switched ignition
86- ground from Fitech ECU
