Default GM tech 2

Hey guys, I'm looking into info on if a GM tech 2 will switch a 98 vin into a 99 pcm swapped fbody. I want to know if I can just swap the vin without updating the pcm since i already have an hptuners tune in it.

Unfortunately HP Tuners chose to screw customers by using the vin as part of how it licenses a file.
EFI Live does not and never has done this.

We can change the VIN without changing anything in the tune. It would require you to re-license the tune though.
