Default Engine Test Stand Harness PCM (2004 LQ9 DBW)

Hello all,

I really appreciate any help with this puzzle.

I am putting an engine test stand together and have been struggling with the PCM and harness.

- 2004 LQ9 (Drive by Wire)
- Stock harness (from the same vehicle)
- PCM Blue/Green connectors (from the same vehicle) reflashed by LT1Swap.com
- No tranny

All C2 pink and orange wires have 12v+.
C1 A9 has 12v+.
C1 C9 has 12v+ (so C2 E11).
C7 has 12v+.

The fuel pump/regulator (60psi) and the starter run fine on another switches.

Engine does not start.

I did not have the gas pedal, cable and tac module so I visited LKQ and got it from a 2004 AWD Avalanche. Did not work.
Got the same parts from a 2003 Silverado. Did not work. Both sets compatible with the LQ9 (9 pin pedal/cable, tac 12588923).

I believe I should be able to run the engine without the pedal/module manually opening the throttle body but it did not work either.

Have anybody solved that kind of problem?
Any tips would be really appreciated.

Thanks.
