Gen III/IV KS, crank position sensor, cam position sensor

Gen III/IV KS, crank position sensor, cam position sensor Hello,
im gunning a gen III 5.3 block so the KS are in the valley. Due to my cam choice (gen 4) there is no reluctor ring on the back of the cam. So I just threw a gen 4 cover and got a 1x cam gear trigger. The crank has a 24x reluctor on it. I know the gen 4 blocks have the KS on the sides.
Would this create any sort of problems as far as tuning goes?
I have the pcm with red and blue connector, last 3 of the P/N is 411.
