Default Need to data log.

I'm running a 411pcm in my lq4 swapped into a 1972 chevelle. I have a dyno shop tune it for me but last weekend at the track it was falling on its face at wot. And I have no way to log so I'm going to buy the hptuners mpvi2.

I have the aem 30-4110 wide band I read I could wire that into the mpvi2 if I got the pro version. Or I could buy the standard version with a new wide band probably the innovate 3795, because the aem 30-0334 is only for can bus.

So my question is which way would be best/easiest keep my wideband and buy pro? Buy standard and buy one of those new wide bands? I want my best bang for the buck and user friendly. Thanks

If you get a wide band with serial communication you can get a serial-usb adapter and eliminate the need for any special wiring. Just use a second usb port on the laptop and HP Tuners VCM scanner will read it. You won't need the Pro edition to do this.

I used this:

and this:

I used an old plug for an ancient serial device to make a serial plug and I was all set.
