Default 0411 Swap Throttle Problems

Hey everybody. having a PCM problem with a swap and hoping somebody can help.

0411 PCM, LS6 with a cable throttle & BlackBear tune. We've quadruple checked our wiring, and we're seeing no TPS signal at the PCM, and the PCM isn't doing anything with the ICV. Wiring was done using lt1swap.comwiring pinouts & diagrams, and this isn't my first rodeo. I've sent an email to BlackBear to confirm that the PCM was setup for cable throttle.

In the meantime, what can I check? I'm starting to wonder if this is a failed PCM. has anybody else had a PCM fail in this manner? Is there something dumb that I'm maybe overlooking?

Without a scanner to check tps signal, IAC, etc your not going to be able to do much.

Done that - thats how I know we're getting nothing at the PCM.

Perhaps I worded this incorrectly. Not seeing anything OUT of the PCM with a scan tool. Verified all of our wiring back to the PCM connectors. Full .5-4.5V nice sweet on the TPS sensor, has it's 5V Ref & ground, etc. ICV does absolutely nothing. A piece of cardboard wedged in the throttle stop keeps it running.

What is the IAC reading? You should it see it change from key on to when you start it. If its not changing at all then I would contact who did the tune,

Just to update - it was, in fact, the tune. BlackBear sent a revision and it fired right up.
