EGT to air/fuel comparison?

EGT to air/fuel comparison?
I'm looking to do my pre dyno tuning (so I don't spend 5 hours on the dyno) with the EGT gauges I have.
When I did my headers, I installed ports directly into the primaries (they are the recommended "1/2 the diameter of the pipe" distance from the head) so I can read individual cylinder temp. I have a pair of thermocouples that I can move down the line (didn't see spending $200 in thermocouples).
The thing I can't seem to find is a chart/list/something for a correlation between temp and air/fuel ratio. Does anyone have this info? What temps am I shooting for at idle, cruse/part throttle, and WOT?
