Default e38 or e67 with my 6L80e?

I have a Corvette 6l80e and a 6.0 with a LSA supercharger. Is the TCM(T43) compatible with both the e38 and e67? Which one would be the better choice?
I also want the ecm to control the two factory CTSV radiator fans.
Any input would be great.

Either will control your fans. I've been using the E38 in that application but you will need to get the tcm married to the pcm no mater which way you go. Each pcm has pros and cons. For instance if you want to run paddles shifters over hard wire (TU/TD) there are only certain year processors that allow that. It's all about compatibility. Check with some on line vendors like PSI or Zero Gravity.
